OK........enough bad news....time for a real update and good news? Hmmm....after having a cold all week I worked 18 hours yesterday and while it was actually fun, it was a pain in the ass.  I swore I would never work another Hieneygate again after last year. For those who don't know what Heineygate is........it's one huge tailgating party at my hotel. The front parking lot is turned into a big party place. It has a huge screen to watch the game on and plenty of booths that sell beer all while the Danger Brothers play. While people party in the front inside the hotel our lobby sells food and has a bloody mary stand (that my awesome buddy Ricky works at and I miss him already!) so people are out there, the restaurant serves food and is massively busy for breakfast, the lounge (where I work) gets slammed with people drinking and watching the game, our ballroom has a huge screen put in there and tables with bar and we have people in our rooms on the 11th floor as well. I know there's a radio station up there but I can't think of which one it is....I think it's WTVN? You see people coming in and out and the majority of them you've never seen before! A lot of regulars come every year.....some people to work....others to enjoy that have just been coming for years. I met a lot of people this year and made some great money. The games were fun.......I had a couple bad ones but more good than bad. Yesterday was madness but hey the bucks are going to the championship!!!!!! Congrats to them!!! It's been a great season and I can't wait for next year!!! O-H!!!!! ....................... I-O!!!! I missed my bombshell audtions due to being sick all week but I really don't mind b/c I don't think I was ready for it anyway. I have some work to do on this body of mine and I would rather be prepared better. Also, they said I might have to change my hair (it's black on the bottom and blonde on top) and I'm not doing that yet! So I'm gonna try again next year, maybe even try out for the Crewzers (the Columbus Crew dance team). If I don't make it, I'm going back to school, no questions asked. My car needs fixed...badly. I have the money for it but it's gonna put a huge dent into my account and I wouldn't have much money for awhile. Well........Nick said that he would pay for it b/c I drive him around EVERYWHERE and "it's just as much his car as it is mine except he doesn't drive it......it's the least he could do". Oh, and of course b/c he loves me lol. He's my everything (not b/c of his money and I never want anyone to think that) but he treats me like a queen, my family and friends adore him, he's there for me everytime I need him, he's fun to be around and just an amazing guy period. He also told me in about a year and a half we'll be getting married!!! hehe It kinda scared me at first b/c I wasn't planning on getting married until I was out of school, closer to home and set for my life. But he wants to help put me through school, he's willing to move home with me, and he knows I'm the one he wants to be with. I couldn't be more happy/more in love. We're moving in together (hopefully in a suburb in Columbus named Clintonville) in August and I'm excited for that as well! So all in all......things are great lol Well not too much else going on........I'm trying to get/keep in touch with old friends....off making some new ones....work is actually not bad....I might be coming home Thanksgiving but I don't want anyone to get too excited b/c it's to (hopefully) get my brakes fixed on my car and possibly getting a new cell phone. I'll definetly be home in December for a week and half (longer if I can convince my managers) so everyone can meet up with me then. If anyone wants to hang out anytime or if anyone is in Columbus give me a call or let me know somehow and we'll hang out I promise! Love you all!!! ~Joelle~
